Common questions
Where is my progress saved?
Only on your device. Pathom has no accounts, so there is nothing to sign in to. Your progress is removed when you delete the app, and it does not move over to a new phone.
How do I start over?
Open Settings in the app and choose Reset progress. This clears your levels, stars and rewards, and it cannot be undone.
How do I get more hints, peeks and skips?
They come from the chest you earn every five levels, the daily reward and the daily puzzle. When you run out, you can watch a short ad in the Power-ups screen for more.
When does the next world open?
Solve 120 levels in a world and the next one unlocks.
Can I play without internet?
Yes. Every level is built into the app. Ads, and the rewards you earn by watching them, need a connection.
How do I turn off reminders?
Open Settings in the app and switch off Reminders, or turn off notifications for Pathom in your phone's settings.
How do I change my ad privacy choices?
In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, open Settings in the app and choose Privacy options (ads). On iPhone you can also change tracking under Settings, Privacy & Security, Tracking.
